Alessandro Rafanelli has worked to refine the art and technique of cinematic storytelling and branding after a decade and a half of working with cinematography, co-founding an adventure travel start up, and shooting worldwide for top brands and business leaders. Making things look beautiful and cinematic was his passion, but he found that a rapid growth and expansion of film technology and labor allowed more brands to jump into shooting first and thinking second - often leaving behind or ignoring all together the main elements of storytelling. Sarah Russell has devoted her life to storytelling and has the unique passion and refined skills for producing for major networks including Animal Planet, Discovery, Max, and BYUtv. Sarah has produced over 100 television series and specials, with popular shows such as Treehouse Masters, Crikey! It’s The Irwins, The Last Alaskans, and Dodo Heroes garnering millions of views all over the world. Her ability to identify key story elements, refine edits, and revitalize narrative creates waves wherever she goes. Her humility and kindness is adored by all of her production colleagues and collaborators, as it’s no surprise that finding a story with heart takes someone with a very big one.
